How long does it take to renovate a bathroom?

While every job varies due to scope and specification requirements, we would generally give a guide timeline of 5-10 working days. We will discuss a project schedule in detail with you prior to your start date.

Do I need to source any additional tradesmen?

No. We have a full team of fully qualified tradesmen including, plumber, tiler, electrician, carpenter, plasterer. We can however work alongside any independent contractors which you may wish to employ.

Do I need to be at home for the renovation period?

Not necessarily, it’s really up to you. Generally people go about their daily routines uninterrupted, some people even chose to go on holidays during the renovation period. You can rest assured all team member will respect your privacy and your home at all times.

Can you renovate other rooms at the same time?

Yes, we have a full team of fully qualified tradesmen available. Please contact us for further details or for a full quote.

Can I choose the tiles & sanitary ware for my bathroom?

Yes of course and we would encourage you to do so to achieve your dream bathroom. Weather you choose from our recommended supplies or a supplier of your choice we will be on hand to assist and guide you along the way.

Will there be any extra charges?

No. The price outlined on the contract will be the final cost you pay unless there is any additional work or variations required. Any additions to the contract price will be quoted for and agreed with you before any amendments begin.

Why do I need to sign a contract?

A signed contract is required for all of our projects. This offers protection for both parties. It gives a clear outline of the work schedule, payment plan and our commitment to you.

Do you only work in domestic properties?

No. We have vast experience working in industrial, commercial and public projects, i.e. schools, restaurants, pubs, salons. Please contact us for further information or for a quote.

I'm worried about the rest of my house getting dirty, how can this be avoided?

Prior to any work commencing in your home we take precautionary measures to ensure the projection of your home. All floors will be covered until the project is completed. We pride ourselves in being Pristine.

Do you work in apartment blocks?

Yes. In order to work in apartment blocks it is vital to liase with management companies/ground staff and your neighbours to ensure the smooth running of the project from start to finish.
